The Museum Established 1965
The Farmers Arms Hotel, where the Museum's collection is located, was first licensed in 1876 and served as a hotel until 1917.
Mrs Edith Smith (nee McCormack), wife of the now deceased police constable Arthur Smith, had a young family to raise. She bought the building in the early 1920s and ran it as a boarding house until her death in the early 1970s. The then Shire of Euroa purchased the building for the Euroa Historical Society's use.
